Return Policy

If merchandise is returned in brand new condition (including the original product packaging) within 30 days of purchase, a credit for the price paid for the merchandise will be issued to the original credit card used when purchasing the item(s). If the return is the result of our error (we shipped the wrong product or the item is defective), we will provide a full refund including shipping charges for the wrong or defective items. Unfortunately, shipping charges can not be refunded unless we shipped the wrong product or the item is defective or damaged. If returned merchandise is opened and/or unable to be resold, a partial store credit may be issued in the form of a discount coupon.

Shipping Policy

All orders for items currently in-stock will ship within 7 days. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday, or an observed holiday may take a little longer to ship. Please view our policies regarding backorders and pre-orders below.

Shipping Options

We offer several shipping options. Orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail will be delivered within 1-3 business days after shipment. We also offer UPS Ground as an upgraded shipping option. If you are local to Clemson, we can deliver your order to you. Select "Clemson Campus Delivery" at checkout for this option.

International Shipping

We unfortunately cannot ship internationally at this time. Please contact us with any questions or concerns.

Cancelling Your Order

An order may not be cancelled once it has been transferred to our shipping provider. Please refer to our Return Policy for more information.

Order Policy

Products that are normally carried in inventory and are in-stock at the time of order will follow the shipping policy above. Our policies regarding backorders and pre-orders are below.

Backorders

We allow customers to place a backorder for items that have been sold out in our store. Please understand that if you place an order for a backordered item, it may take longer than expected to receive your item due to the time it may take for us to receive the item from our supplier. We will work as quickly as possible to fulfill your order and ship your item.

Pre-Orders

We will sometimes release a product or product design (e.g. new t-shirt design) and make it available for pre-order. In this case, we have not yet submitted an order to our supplier for the items. We will submit an order to our supplier once the minimum order quantity has been reached. Please understand that if you place an order for an item listed as "pre-order," it may take several weeks for you to receive your item due to the time it may take for us to receive the item from our supplier. We will work as quickly as possible to fulfill your order and ship your item.


Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Southern Sail collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User”) of the Southern Sail website (“Site”). This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by Southern Sail.

Personal identification information

We collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users register on the site, place an order, fill out a form, subscribe to the newsletter, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, mailing address, and phone number.

Users may, however, visit our Site anonymously.

We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personally identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site related activities.
